How to stay motivated

Hi everyone !

A hard part when you are loosing weight is to stay motivated ! I read once that motivation is like bathing, it doesn't last and that is why we recommend it daily. And it is really easy to find motivation everywhere.


Here are some of my tips to stay motivated: 

First of all : BE POSITIVE ! And keep focusing on what you acheived already instead of focusing on what you still need to accomplish. Every pounds count, even if you only 0,5 or 1 pound a week. Be proud of yourself.



Do it differently: You need to change your training at least once a month. Because you will be bored and tired of doing 3 times a week the same thing all over again. Plus, some change will help you loose weight.



Get out of your confort zone: Try some different training : Crossfit, yoga, pilates, boxing, running outside, climbing stairs, hiking, rollerblades, bike etc. There is a lot of activities you can do to stay in shape: Find the one you love ! You can also try new things and push yourself. 





Keep focusing: Try to focus on your final objective, and think why you started this whole new lifestyle. 


Loosing weight is hard, but it is really a lifestyle change and you need to be ready to do that change and to do it for yourself !
