Hi all,
so Christmas season comming and this is the bardest time of the year to keep your weight. It is that way since there is a lot of parties which include food and alcohol; you get out of your routine, you skip your workout and eat and drink more.
So here is some of my tips:
- Do you party at your place: This way you can cook healty and since you have a lot to do you won't have time to drink !
- Drink a glass of water between your drinks
- Eat an healthy lunch before your party, this way you won't be so hungry and you will eat less junk food.
- Control yourseflf : Ask yourself if you are really hungry !
- Last but not least, do not forget to go to the gym :)
Don't focus just on your weight because this time of the year you can let loose a little !
