Receipe Time :)
Here is my first healthy receipe on the blog. I want to show you how to do a strawberry mousse with ricotta cheese. This is perfect for breakfast since it is sweet, full of proteins and delicious !
Really easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 cup of strawberry
2 tbsp of plain yogourt (Or vanilla)
2/3 cup of Ricotta cheese ( I use the light one)
1/4 cup of Splenda (or other no calorie sweetener)
Portions: 2
What to do:
- Put a little bit of water in a pot and add the strawberry in it just to make them tender and soft. (The water needs to be hot to softened the strawberry.
- When the strawberry are really tender, put them (without the water) in a blender.
- Put all the others ingredients in the blender and start it.
- When the preparation is soft pour it in two separate bowls.
- Put it in the fridge for a couple hours.
