Super Bowl Time !



Hey everyone !!!

So it is Super Bowl week, and the ones who know me knows how much I love football ! Sunday will be like Christmas :) :)

Super Bowl gathering means finger food and alcohol time ! So I was thinking about that and it is totaly possible to enjoy this night and still eat healthy :) I have some healthy receipe you can do for this night.

Veggies plate



So to start good and be a little bit full, you should eat vegetables first.
Cut every vegies you like : Cucumbers, carrots, mushrooms, brocoli, peppers, celery etc.
To add more fun; make your own dip, here is one of my favourite.

Onions Dip  

Ingredients:

1 big sweet onion chopped
2 table spoon of olive oil
1/2 tea spoon of garlic
3/4 cup of greek yogurt (Or Plain Yogurt Or Sour Cream Light)
3/4 cup of mayonaise (use the light one)
Salt and pepper

Directions:

In a pan, cook the onions in the olive oil during 15 minutes.
Add salt and pepper
Put the garlic and cook for an additionnal 1 minute
Put everyting in a bowl and after in the fridge for at least an hour
After that add the yogurt and mayo
Mix everything together

Enjoy with your veggies :)


Guacamole & Chips


You can also make your own guacamole to eat with some Tostitos Chips.
Here are some good example to choose (Remember eat this with moderation).
For a more healthy way to eat your guacamole you can take a pita and put it 5 to 10 minutes in the oven at Broil and make chips out if it by cuting it. 

Guacamole

Ingredients:

3 to 4 avocado (Make sure it is ready to eat, it should bit a little bit soft when you push on it)
2 tomatoes in small dice
1 red onions chopped
1/4 cup of Cilantro chopped (if you like)
1 Table spoon of lemon juice 
Some drops of tabasco or Sriracha

Directions: 
Mash the avocado (without the skin and core)
Mix the tomatoes, onions cilantro, lemon juice and tabasco.
Enjoy :)
